What was stated in the ticket was not respected : - no welcome drink and no choice of dish: we were made to choose only between coffee/tea/cappuccino (asked for hot chocolate but et was denied) and we were porystoy a 'typical' dessert with no other choice - the planned visit was possible only after our request ( the exhibition hall was already closed) and without any logistic support - uncooperative staff

The tour was really a private tour to all the highlights of the city. Both sides of the Danube were covered and we had plenty of time to take photos at the stops. Elisabeth was a charming and very knowledgeable guide. The tour was conducted in the language of our choice. Stefan steered us safely through the evening traffic. Many thanks for both 🙏.
