I did not like that you sent two cars so we have to split the group.

The driver was very friendly, communication was great! Only downside would be, the transport company or driver didn't message in advance of their arrival time And confirmation of booking, as I have usually received On the day, or day before.

Super fast access. The facilities are very neat and clean, with many services. The place is magnificent, the building is beautiful, and the thermal circuits and pools are spectacular.

The experience was very good. A moment of relaxation in our visit to Budapest. There is a lot of hustle and bustle because of the number of people there but we went from 13:00 and stayed 4 hours. I had a great time. The cabins are fine. There are pools that have gotten a little older but I guess the rehabilitation of the pools will go progressively. A good experience!

The location was very nice and clean, I had a cabin in the vip Area and all my belongings were safe so I could enjoy my staying there!

Getting there as it opened meant that it was calm and empty. I loved being in the warm water as the sun was still rising. I am also glad I opted for a private changing cabin as I felt my belongings were more secure.

Thoroughly enjoyed 4 hours of pure rejuvenating outside to begin ending with the indoor assortment of baths. Met people and had some quiet interesting conversations, the Hungarian folk have a jewel for the world to take advantage of.

The bathing experience was very good, even though the main outdoor pool was under construction. The boat ride on the Danube was fine, although in the first week of July and at the time we did it (18:30h) it was hot.

I had an amazing experience in this place. I was happy that I chose this tourist destination as we traveled to Búdapest. There are different thermal pools you can chose and they also serves food inside. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

We loved the evening cruise on our first night in Budapest, a great introduction to the city. The spa was amazing the next day. Ticketing, information and directions were all straightforward but no ID documents required for either booking.

An experience not to be missed. Heated outdoor pool, very nice building. Good internal circuit of pools of different temperatures. Saunas, ice. Very amusing and without agglomerations in summer. Highly recommended and essential if you visit Budapest.

Amazing buildings and atmosphere, have to try this, went at the height of Summer, but probably even better when colder. Highlight of our trip!

I loved the spa, although the big pool was closed for construction, the other facilities were great. And the audio tour of the parliament seemed very short and rushed.

We loved it! The baths are magnificent, the staff are friendly. Everything is clean. The pool water is very warm. Truly an experience not to be missed!

Absolutely loved it, especially all the pools, pity there was work going on in the middle of pools.. loved the ice baths to also weather was lovely, BUT you need to ask the staff there to go on a training course for customer service there attitude towards customers are applauding and disrespectful. That would not happen here in Liverpool we paid a lot of money to go on holiday and for different activities m, if they treat people like this they should not be in this line of work. Hopefully you will be able to rectify this and put them on a training course soon

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.

The spa is spectacular, clean, with enough space and good facilities. All very well organized. The entrance with perfect locker, no booth is needed.

The bathrooms were quite good in general, with a variety of options and an original setting. The restaurant service was somewhat weak and expensive. It was also apparent that the passage of time had taken its toll on the facilities.

All the waters are excellent. In general the spa is falling apart a bit. Perhaps with a little sprucing up it would look better. The lockers were perfect but the dryers outside did not work even one.

Spa with thermal pools of both hot and cold water, great variety and a quiet and aesthetically beautiful place. There are many free hammocks outside and a restaurant for a drink.

Great place to relax. Great facilities. There were many users but as the facilities are large and easily accessible, no sensa6de overwhelmed or waiting. The price was very reasonable, even modest compared to what you see on other sites. In short, I would come back every week. A pleasure.

We loved it! We spent two and a half hours at the spa and if we had more days in Budapest we would have stayed longer.

The spa was a great experience it does need renovation in places and could do with a few more eating options but over all a good experience there were loads of beds at 10 by 11 they had gone so get there early

We took advantage of the combo : spa and Danube boat ride. It works perfectly ,you don't queue for tickets and you can choose the times that suit you best, affordable price.

The spa was relaxing and unforgettable! The warm pools, historic setting, and lively vibe made my Budapest trip truly special.

Booked through Headout app was easy and fast. Entry was fast and easy. Lockers were secure. Pools clean and warm. We arrived at 10am and found it hard to find a daybed. Enjoy Ed the morning there.

We liked it overall, but we went in with 7 pairs of flip-flops and came out with 6, one of us had our flip-flops taken away.... a bit crowded but it was nice.

The experience is interesting and relaxing. However, the reception and cleaning staff had a bad attitude. They were not friendly and did not inform you about the operation of the facilities.

We liked the whole venue, but I had an unpleasant feeling just when I presented my tickets. The elderly lady, who spoke to me in Hungarian the whole time, insisted on downloading the ticket app when I was showing her the app, she forced my phone insisting. I explained in English that I was already on the app, but he kept insisting, he noticed and kept speaking in Hungarian and I honestly did not thank him. He was very rude but he did speak in English to sarcastically say "thank you". Previously a group of Chinese tourists were also spoken to very badly. This type of worker should not be in front of the public. It gives a bad impression, the rest of the place was good.

Its a lovely building and great no under 14s allowed in but it is pretty much a very expensive swimming pool albeit a very nice one

The booking was very easy and clear. Everything was perfect. The spa was fantastic. I would point out that it is best to arrive early in the morning, just when they open, and get a hammock in the shady part, located at the back, near the smoking area. Just put a towel on top of it. Nobody touches your belongings, and they are free. This ensures that you will be able to lie down during your visit, and in the shade, if you go in summer, with 40°. Once in place, I would start the route through the indoor toilets, to finish in the outdoor pools, since, due to the influx of people, they are not in the best hygienic conditions to say, they are a little dirty after noon. I didn't hire the cabin, and I didn't think it was necessary. With the lockers you can get by just fine. If you take one of the last ones in the corridor, there are hardly any people, and you can change without any problem. They give you a bracelet that opens and closes the locker. I hope this is useful to whoever reads it.

We really enjoyed the saunas and the cold bath! Sauna on the -1 floor was very new and spacious to accommodate all the people without any hassle. Near the sauna was a cold pool with led lights - very good option to go after the sauna.
