The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!
Good organization, we quickly went through the paperwork to enter. With the audio guide in Italian we were able to follow the visit carefully. A good experience to recommend.
Pre-visit communication (emails, app, etc.) is very clear. No problems encountered during the various tours The audioguide is practical, especially on the Danube, we learned a lot and the evening lights are magnificent!
Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.
I booked online, at first of course I was a bit skeptical. Instead everything went very well. I was in Budapest during the June 2 bridge. The booking confirmation came directly to the email. From the app I downloaded the tickets. Punctual departure, 10 p.m. sailing. recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket. The view was very very nice
Very informative with audio guides explaining aspects of each room we entered. So much history, was great to learn about the domestic and the different leaders.
The scenery was delightful, and purchasing tickets was straightforward. However, the boat driver's pacing was somewhat uneven, speeding past some sights while lingering at others, before attempting to make up for lost time.
Great! Got there earlier than our actual timing, so we changed and just hopped on to an ealier cruise and they let us. Worth your money and time! Definitely should take this on the first day of your tour/visit in Budapest. Entry to the boat was easy and smooth. I think both day and night cruise are great!
Very good, easy booking, arrival instructions too. I recommend doing it at night, because the illuminated city is just sublime. Audio guide essential! Take your headphones! The guide's link is in the confirmation e-mail, so don't be fooled. I recommend this tour.
The location was respectable. Very comprehensive tour with very good organization. I highly recommend it for those who are in Budapest !
The tour is well organized, even as far as check in is concerned. The parliament building is amazing and really worth a visit!
We followed a guard with the audio guide for the French translation. The text gives all the details of the rooms we pass through, but is concise enough not to lose the viewer. From the staircase to the press room, where all the trades are represented thanks to the statuettes that adorn the top of the walls, from the corridors to the hemicycle room where the European representatives sit, the Parliament is Hungary's real treasure.
The calmness with which we navigated gave the opportunity to see, photograph, film all the beauty of Budapest. The audio guide support was most useful because it is always nice to know the history. Kudos to the girls, very kind and patient in accommodating all requests on board
The kindness of the cabin crew, the punctuality of departure
Superb cruise at 9:30 p.m. ''magnificent views of the city and its reflections on the Danube ''Not to be missed''''
The relics and interesting information, for instance, about the cigar holders.
Profesional guide, atmosfere. Would recommned.
The inside of the parliament, what to see....
A great experience from start to finish 100% recommendable
I loved how well-organized the tour was and how knowledgeable the guide was.
Beautiful experience. Budapest great city
quality and frequency of information
The entire process and the service...the team made every effort to ensure that the tour was a carefree experience.
It is a nice tour that is short. We can see the illuminated buildings which are fabulous!!!
Everything was well organized the parliament is beautiful

We saw a lot of Budapest! Unfortunately, we didn't have a clear view of the stops, so we took a tour (green). Perhaps it would have been easier with a map. The staff on site did not give us this. We were sometimes approached because we had booked online, or were laughed at because we would have paid more than if we had booked with them on site. We felt like 2nd class tourists. But it was different on the bus: the staff here were very nice. The headphones worked perfectly. Sitting up in the bus was quite adventurous, as the branches of the trees were sometimes so low that even the passengers in the other row of seats were hit by the branches. The Daunau cruise was fine. We would have liked the headphones again. The announcements were unfortunately not understandable. However, I would book the tour again as the price is quite okay. This time on the spot, let's see if the prices would be lower 😉
We booked from Australia and when we arrived in Budapest just showed ticket on our phone and they replaced with physical ticket. Very easy process in Budapest. The on off bus us a fabulous way to get to know the city and easy to see and explore the sights. We do a full lap to see everything on offer tgen then the next lap we start to get "on off"
It was a pleasure to see places we hadn't reached. It's a good idea - you can use the bus as many times as you want along the route during its operation. The green route is difficult to get on (it runs once an hour). It's better not to sit on the top floor of the bus - you'll get your head hot, and most often there is glass or a ceiling - you can't take good pictures. We received instructions about the departure point along the Danube in the mail, which was convenient. Basically, the dock is marked with a sign. You don't have to sit upstairs on the boat either, it's better to sit downstairs - you won't get hot and the wind won't blow, the windows are big - you can take good pictures.
zeer vlotte service aanbod verschillende bussen zeer groot verre uitgebreide rijroute van de bus aanbod groene en rode lijn met donauvaart samenwerking met big bus zeer interessant
It was a great city trip, there was a lot to see, the only thing that can be improved is when you use the headphones and the staff makes announcements that you can't understand or hear
Information on the bus understandable and good! Round trip was great! It was possible to get on and off at any time! We took a closer look at some attractive places worth seeing! Boat trip on the Danube came afterwards! Unfortunately we forgot to download the audio guide! The trip itself is short and crisp, but beautiful! Be there in good time before departure! So that you can sit at the top!
The routes were fantastic, took us to all the key attractions. It was raining two of the days we were in Budapest, so it was great to hide out on the bus to avoid the worst parts, or to warm up and dry out when caught in the rain.
2 stations were not served. We don't understand Hungarian, there was no information in English. The audio guide speaks too fast, you don't understand everything.
Hi, everyone, Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed our trip to Budapest by bus and cruise. It was really great! Between the walks, the landscapes, the good times shared and the laughs, everything came together to make for a great stay. Many thanks to those who organized it, and to the whole group for the great atmosphere. Honestly, it's great to be able to enjoy moments like this together! Can't wait for the next getaway!
It's nice to get a good overview of the top sights. However, my audio plug did not work reliably on various buses. The German speaker spoke in a very boring way and slurred many names. It was difficult to always follow him and understand everything.
The ticketing process was smooth. I was able to find and use the tickets via my email. The tour was good too. My only frustration is that so many seats on the top of the red bus didn't work. I had to share my headset with my husband. This made it difficult to hear the description of the site's. The other issue is that it was hard to connect the description to the site. Most of this was due to not being able to slow down and 'see' the site & hear all about it. This is out of your control, I do understand that.
Cool we were able to see all the magnificent places and monuments listed by unesco. This city is superb and the Hungarians are very friendly. The monuments are extraordinarily beautiful, a real change of scenery with a very pleasant cruise on the Danube.
audio guide commentary arrives too early in relation to the monument (more than 500m behind). Visibility in some buses insufficient in the lower section and obscured in the upper section by protective tarpaulins. lack of information on what to see at the various stops.
The trip along the Danube, it's superb 😍 and around the city very informative 😍
The bus takes us to several of Budapest's famous monuments, and the buses are frequent.
Convenient way to visit Budapest
I expected a more extensive title. Tour on the Danube you were not a guide in Russian
Audioguido was somewhat incomprehensible
Hop on and off with ease, then switch gears with a relaxing cruise through the heart of Budapest.

We loved the evening cruise on our first night in Budapest, a great introduction to the city. The spa was amazing the next day. Ticketing, information and directions were all straightforward but no ID documents required for either booking.
An experience not to be missed. Heated outdoor pool, very nice building. Good internal circuit of pools of different temperatures. Saunas, ice. Very amusing and without agglomerations in summer. Highly recommended and essential if you visit Budapest.
Amazing buildings and atmosphere, have to try this, went at the height of Summer, but probably even better when colder. Highlight of our trip!
Good organization, we quickly went through the paperwork to enter. With the audio guide in Italian we were able to follow the visit carefully. A good experience to recommend.
Top spa experience, won over by the beerspa; Disappointing cruise, a roundabout ride with only purpose to get you consumed; recommended in the evening when the city lights make the atmosphere magical
I loved the spa, although the big pool was closed for construction, the other facilities were great. And the audio tour of the parliament seemed very short and rushed.
We loved it! The baths are magnificent, the staff are friendly. Everything is clean. The pool water is very warm. Truly an experience not to be missed!
Pre-visit communication (emails, app, etc.) is very clear. No problems encountered during the various tours The audioguide is practical, especially on the Danube, we learned a lot and the evening lights are magnificent!
The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.
Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.
Very informative with audio guides explaining aspects of each room we entered. So much history, was great to learn about the domestic and the different leaders.
Satisfied with the experience, we had a great time. Located in the city park. Great variety of pools, clean.
What I loved the most about this experience was entering lots of saunas and pools. I had a really different experience for me.
Everything is well organized, with badge entry and private lockers. Everything is very clean, toilets and showers. People clean up all the time. It's a pity that the central pool is being renovated.
The location was respectable. Very comprehensive tour with very good organization. I highly recommend it for those who are in Budapest !
The highlight of my visit was the whirlpool in the fun pool and the large outdoor hot pool. Was great having the safety and privacy of a private cabin. Was a great day spent 5 hours just having fun.
The tour is well organized, even as far as check in is concerned. The parliament building is amazing and really worth a visit!
The attraction went very well, but I had paid for 2 cabins and the person who greeted us saw that we were a couple and gave us only one cabin, which was a shame.
Lovely trip to the spa, went early in the day so wasn't too busy. The thermal pools were amazing & the sauna & steam rooms. Chose the changing room & storage ticket which was worth spending extra on for peace of mind with your belongings. The pools started to get busy as we were leaving at around 1pm
Great fun, we went early before it was too busy which was good. There was a lady helping with the cabin wristbands which helped as we'd never been before. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our visit. The booking went smoothly from start to finish.
Everything was great, but with basic ticket you dont enter for the front door but in the back. In the front they try to sell to you the VIP ticket, just a scam.
Beautiful site. But the weather was not so good. We really enjoyed the many pools, spas and hammams. A very pleasant experience! Unfortunately, one of the outdoor pools was being renovated, so it was very crowded.
It was all fast and we had a great variety of pools to enjoy, the cabins available upon arrival and at all times guided by the staff. It was a pity that the pool in the center was under construction.

Amazing buildings and atmosphere, have to try this, went at the height of Summer, but probably even better when colder. Highlight of our trip!
What I loved the most about this experience was entering lots of saunas and pools. I had a really different experience for me.
it was the best place ♥️♥️ thank you
Very nice Very attentive cleanliness and order
Lovely experience great place for our party xxx
An experience of 10. From the application everything is very easy.
The highlight of my visit was the atmosphere. The friendliness of the staff. It is a dream place
Relaxation and numerous opportunities with various types of pools and saunas
The bathing experience was very good, even though the main outdoor pool was under construction. The boat ride on the Danube was fine, although in the first week of July and at the time we did it (18:30h) it was hot.
The experience was good. The only I dont liked it was the entrance. It was so confused. It was not clare where was the entrance
Headout makes it easy to manage your reservation. The tickets were exchanged for the entrance pass, but we had to walk around the building because the entrance reserved for our ticket was not well signposted. On site, we had no indication via the service provider of what we were entitled to with our pass. However, we had a great time, and I think a trip to Budapest requires a visit to the thermal baths.
Classic, traditional baths, wooden cabins, moldings... Several pools with different temperatures and shapes, but murky water at times and quite noisy... The large outdoor pool is being renovated, so the two smaller outdoor pools are very crowded. It was difficult to get a deckchair after 11 a.m., as the weather was fine that day. Despite this, we had a very pleasant time
Incredible place. Unfriendly staff. Lack of signage ( private cabin, locker ) 1/3 of outdoor pools under construction.
The baths were under sonstruction and the mail pool was out of order. The ship had no space fo more than 10 people to be ouside and we had to sit in the hit with no aircondition and far away from the windows. The visibility was not perfect.
No issues getting in. As it was Monday morning there was no queue today. The thermal bath was nice and relaxing although the main pool was closed for cleaning ir still wasn't too busy.
I really enjoyed my day at the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. However, we visited in July'25 and the main pool was under construction with no notice online. We also went to go spend time in the indoor areas of the baths but left straight away as we felt they were very unclean. Despite this, I would still recommend the experience, the outdoor pools were amazing !
The bathrooms are spectacular. The two main ones are under construction. Quick access and easy to find location.
It was impossible to find the guide for the walking tour, and the main pool of the spa is with work in progress, someone should have communicated that. Otherwise everything was fine.
We didn't like that the Széchenyi spa pools were under construction, there was no protection from the work, everyone could see all the people, a lot of noise, not worth the money.
The problem was that there was work going on in the baths, the large swimming pool was being renovated, which should have been mentioned!
The spa was excellent, we enjoyed the large selection of pools and saunas. Arriving early we were able to get a sun bed Disappointed the main pool was under renovation, which was not mentioned when booking
The spa is undergoing construction work in the central pool and I was not notified before entering. I paid for something that was not complete.
It was ok, the main swimming pool amd other areas were closed for construction which we were not aware of before booking. The rest of the facilities like the saunas were fine
Despite the crowds, the two outdoor pools out of 3 were not saturated. It's a pity that the center pool was still under construction. The interior of the buildings is typical, but also in need of a facelift. We've been transported to another era, but the site is nonetheless pretty.

I enjoyed the experience of commuting throughout Budapest and seeing the local tourist attractions and historical sites. It was difficult to find the locations to hop on the bus. At one point, everyone was told to de-board the bus, but there was not an explanation given. Also, there was a lot of dead space through the ear buds, and frequently, the description of the local attraction was given after the bus had passed and the opportunity to hop off had passed.
I always use Big Bus for my holidays. And I have never regretted it. Big Bus saves me time and I see more things. I can't imagine my holidays without Big Bus.
Everything. We did not take part in the boat trip due to time constraints.
It was a great way to get around to all of the landmarks and points of interest around the city.

Very interesting to know the "hidden" part of Budapest with Ignacio, our guide! It was very enjoyable and fun 😁 and the views from the points where we were stopping ... a blast!
Joe was great. Very engaging. Was a really interesting experience!
Ainara made the experience very special. Everything very well explained and represented. Professionalism and closeness, I would definitely repeat any other experience with her.
Visite nul attendu 30 minutes dans le froid, guide en train de râler. Bref. On est partit. 😡😡😡😡
our guide JO was great Nice walk and great stories No visit inside to expect
Our lady vampire was most engaging and informative. Budapest at night was gorgeous and the views at stopping points was fantastic.
Our guide Florian was awesome. He was truly into character and told the stories with enthusiasm.
The castle by night is nice. Good starkes about Vampire.
Joe was a wonderful guide! Very humorous and likeable!

The tour was really a private tour to all the highlights of the city. Both sides of the Danube were covered and we had plenty of time to take photos at the stops. Elisabeth was a charming and very knowledgeable guide. The tour was conducted in the language of our choice. Stefan steered us safely through the evening traffic. Many thanks for both 🙏. We were also able to do the Danube trip the next day. We were given the tickets. All in all, the booking was really successful.

Not enough time to do all we wanted. Next time we need to come for at least 3 days, even then probably wont get round to doing everything, fantastic that you can but 24 hour 48, and 72 hour tickets. So much to see. On a down side stop 17 whilst the church there is very beautiful. There is a gathering of homeless and drunk people, drugs, alcohol, and public urination. Would strongly advise people to avoid this stop.
Good schedules and organization. The best part of the experience was the walking tour. Unfortunately, the boat ride was through the southern part of the city and not where the main buildings are.
It was very good, it's just a shame that the visit to the castle isn't part of the package, even though it's a service provided by another operator
