Hungarian Parliament tours

The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!

Good organization, we quickly went through the paperwork to enter. With the audio guide in Italian we were able to follow the visit carefully. A good experience to recommend.

Pre-visit communication (emails, app, etc.) is very clear. No problems encountered during the various tours The audioguide is practical, especially on the Danube, we learned a lot and the evening lights are magnificent!

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.

We had to wait our turn 2 times before getting our tickets. We had to drop off our IDs, then come back 15 minutes later and wait our turn again. There was poor organization on the part of your 2 on-site representatives (just friendly!) to hand over the tickets with the IDs. Then we had to join a queue again to check the tickets and pass through security. We didn't consider this a "queue-cutting" ticket. The visit corresponded to our expectations, but we expected a better headout service.

The experience with Headout was very positive. The requested appointment at the end of the stairs before entering the revolving doors of the Parliament was clear, they stood by with signs and were able to provide us with entrance tickets. They even waited for latecomers. Inside the Palace, the audio guides worked perfectly and synchronously with the whole group. The gilded vaults, grand staircase and dome were well worth the visit.

I made online ticket purchase by booking with Headout. The guy we met who facilitated the. Our entrance to the Parliament was most kind because due to traffic in the city we arrived 10 minutes late. Very interesting visit and easily followed with audio guide. I recommend this experience!

We arrived right at the start time of the VISIT. They were very kind to wait for us by contacting us on the phone. The experience was very positive. Good explanation and access to the room. Not to be missed if you are visiting Budapest for the first time.

The view at the palace was very nice, too bad that besides the main hall they only show 4/5 other rooms. Still worth a visit if you go to Budapest.

The Parliament Building in Budapest is simply enchanting from every point of view is a memory that remains indelible. Purchasing the entrance tickets online was very easy and intuitive, no difficulties encountered.

Interesting experience inside the parliament, beautiful halls and fascinating the dome hall where the shrine with the Hungarian holy crown is placed. Although admission is expensive and the visit is limited to a few halls, in my opinion it is worth it. The service provided by headout is very efficient, we had an operator waiting for us at the entrance of the visitor center who took care of the registration paperwork for us and handed us the paper entrance tickets. Bravo!

It is a spectacular building, well worth a visit. But it is much cheaper to buy the ticket directly on the official website of the parliament.

I booked online, at first of course I was a bit skeptical. Instead everything went very well. I was in Budapest during the June 2 bridge. The booking confirmation came directly to the email. From the app I downloaded the tickets. Punctual departure, 10 p.m. sailing. recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket. The view was very very nice

The scenery was delightful, and purchasing tickets was straightforward. However, the boat driver's pacing was somewhat uneven, speeding past some sights while lingering at others, before attempting to make up for lost time.

Everything as planned, the Danube cruise in the evening beautiful, too bad you can't listen to the audio guide if you have neighbors talking all the time.

I had to queue for half an hour, this doesn't match my standards. If you buy online you shouldn't need to quad for having a paper ticket to show again before getting on the cruise ship. There should be a QR code to show. .

We loved the evening cruise on our first night in Budapest, a great introduction to the city. The spa was amazing the next day. Ticketing, information and directions were all straightforward but no ID documents required for either booking.

An experience not to be missed. Heated outdoor pool, very nice building. Good internal circuit of pools of different temperatures. Saunas, ice. Very amusing and without agglomerations in summer. Highly recommended and essential if you visit Budapest.

Top spa experience, won over by the beerspa; Disappointing cruise, a roundabout ride with only purpose to get you consumed; recommended in the evening when the city lights make the atmosphere magical

I loved the spa, although the big pool was closed for construction, the other facilities were great. And the audio tour of the parliament seemed very short and rushed.

We loved it! The baths are magnificent, the staff are friendly. Everything is clean. The pool water is very warm. Truly an experience not to be missed!

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.
